This module will give you the opportunity to study ethical leadership and apply knowledge to cases in cross-cultural settings. The module will use foundational principles derived from leadership theory to critically analyze organisations and how people are managed within them, specifically in international business environments. The module will further demonstrate why an understanding of different management cultures is necessary for operating effectively in organizations and the idea that leadership is a cultural construct, deeply embedded in a culture’s society.
